Treez Champion Referral Program Terms & Conditions

1. Participation and eligibility

The Program is available to individuals age 18 or older and businesses approved by Treez. You do not need to be a Treez customer to participate.

You cannot refer yourself or a business in which you have an ownership or controlling interest. Referrals involving immediate family, household members, or affiliated businesses require our prior written approval. Treez employees and contractors are excluded unless authorized in writing.

Treez may verify your eligibility and ask you to explain your relationship to a referred business.

2. Qualified referrals

A qualifying referral must be a legitimate, legally operating dispensary in the United States. The referred contact must own, operate, or hold a management role at that dispensary. The referred business must not currently be a customer of any Treez product.

Submit complete, accurate information through the Treez Champion referral form, with the contact’s permission, before the applicable reward milestone. Duplicate accounts, shell entities, and businesses created or reorganized to claim rewards are not eligible.

A business already in an active Treez sales process, or with a Treez lead, demo request, or sales conversation during the preceding 12 months, is not eligible. Treez verifies whether a referral qualifies before issuing rewards.

3. Reward milestones

A participant may earn up to $1,000 in gift cards for each qualified referred business, through these milestones:

• $50 when the qualified referral schedules a demo with the Treez team.
• An additional $100 when that referral completes the demo. The $50 and $100 milestone rewards are combined into one $150 Visa gift card, issued no later than two weeks after the demo is held, subject to verification. A scheduled demo that is not completed does not trigger gift card delivery.
• An additional $850 gift card when the qualified referral signs up and becomes a live Treez customer.

All rewards are gift cards with a face value equal to the earned reward; no reward is paid by direct deposit or in cash. The $850 gift card’s available options and delivery timing will be communicated through the Program.

Unless Treez approves otherwise in writing, additional locations, accounts, or affiliated entities of the same referred business do not create additional reward entitlements.

4. Submission and attribution

Use the Treez Champion referral form to submit your referral. Attribution is based on the form submission and Treez’s sales records. An introduction made outside this process does not, by itself, establish a right to a reward.

Only one participant can receive credit for each referred business. Treez uses submission times, the information submitted, and its sales records to resolve duplicate or competing claims. Missing information or a late submission may result in denial of credit.

5. Verification and gift card delivery

Rewards require verification of the participant, referral attribution, and the relevant milestone. Submitting a referral or seeing a status in a tracking system does not independently guarantee a reward.

Treez may request supporting documents and hold delivery during review, including review of unusual activity such as more than five qualified referrals in a 90-day period. Provide accurate gift card delivery details. A completed IRS Form W-9 may be required before the first reward, and the recipient must match the individual or business named on that form.

Gift card use is governed by the issuer’s terms. Participants are responsible for applicable taxes and their own participation expenses.

6. Other incentives

Program rewards cannot be combined with another referral program, promotion, discount, incentive, or special pricing arrangement without Treez’s written approval.

7. Participant responsibilities

Participants must not:

• Submit false, inactive, duplicate, or misleading referrals, or conceal a disqualifying ownership or family relationship.
• Create multiple accounts or separate entities to obtain extra rewards.
• Use spam, deceptive advertising, automated submissions, or unauthorized claims about Treez or the Program.
• Offer or share rewards, rebates, gifts, discounts, or other benefits with a referred business or its staff to induce signup.
• Purchase ads on Treez brand terms or use names, domains, or social accounts that impersonate Treez.
• Access another business’s systems or data without permission, or use its information for an unauthorized purpose.
• Sell or transfer Program participation or rewards, or make commitments on Treez’s behalf.

When promoting the Program, clearly disclose that you may receive referral compensation and comply with applicable advertising, privacy, and anti-spam requirements.

Treez may suspend or end participation, with or without notice. Unearned rewards are not payable after participation ends. Earned rewards remain subject to verification and compliance with these terms.

8. Denied or recovered rewards

To the extent permitted by law, Treez may investigate suspected abuse, disqualify referrals, withhold rewards, or end participation for ineligibility, disputed attribution, inaccurate information, suspected fraud, or a violation of these terms.

Rewards issued by mistake or obtained through fraud or a violation may be revoked or recovered. A later cancellation alone does not invalidate a properly earned reward, unless the qualifying transaction is refunded, reversed, or determined to be fraudulent.

9. Program changes

Treez may change, suspend, or end the Program, including reward amounts, eligibility, milestones, and participation rules. Changes take effect when published or communicated, with notice where required by law. Continued participation after a change indicates acceptance.

Rewards earned before a change or termination remain subject to verification and the terms that applied when earned.

10. Consent and privacy

Before submitting someone’s contact information, obtain their permission to share it with Treez for referral follow-up. Program information is handled under the Treez Privacy Policy.

11. Program administration

Participation does not make you a Treez employee, agent, or legal partner, and gives you no authority to bind Treez. You are entitled only to rewards earned under these terms, not wages or benefits.

Subject to applicable law, Treez administers the Program and resolves eligibility, attribution, and reward disputes. Submit any written claim with supporting evidence within 10 days of the decision, or, if no decision was communicated, within 10 days of the expected payment date. Treez’s determination is final. The Program is void where prohibited.

12. General provisions

Delaware law governs, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes must be brought in the state or federal courts in Santa Clara County, California, and participants consent to that venue.

To the extent permitted by law, Treez’s total liability connected with the Program is limited to rewards earned and owed under these terms.
